Diagrams
This section holds the architecture and behavior diagrams for the
ai-agent-eval-harness-healthtech reference implementation: the C4 views of
the system, the agent state machine, the request sequence, and the evaluation
pipeline. The diagrams render client-side with Mermaid and document the system
as built. The Mermaid diagrams themselves are kept in English across all
locales (labels, notes, and node identifiers) so they match the running system
and its code; only the surrounding page prose is localized.
